UPDATE: Moped driver rushed to hospital following crash as woman reported for alleged traffic offences
A MOPED has been involved in a crash in the city's West End.
Emergency services were called to Hayburn Street in Partick shortly before 1.30pm this afternoon following a report of a road crash involving a moped.
It is not known if anyone has been injured as a result of the incident but pictures show the Scottish Ambulance Service are in attendance.
Police remain at the scene.
An eyewitness told the Glasgow Times that traffic on Dumbarton Road was backed up in both directions as a result of the accident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.25pm on Saturday, September 17, officers were called to a report of a road crash on Hayburn Street, Glasgow involving a moped.
"Officers are in attendance."
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
