Anyone who was at the service station and could have seen something or someone suspicious is urged to get in touch with the police.

Detective Sergeant Victoria Murray of Cambuslang CID said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was at the service station and saw anything suspicious to contact us.

"We would be keen to speak to anyone who has dash-cam footage, you may have captured something that could assist our enquiries."

Cops are also urging people to be aware of the thieves possibly trying to sell the stolen booze for a discounted price.
