Emergency services were called to a two-car crash in Hamilton.
Police officers attended following reports of the incident and a driver was given a conditional offer of a fixed penalty notice.
There are no serious reported injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were made aware of a two-vehicle crash on Low Waters Road in Hamilton around 9.55am on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
"Emergency services attended and one driver was issued with a conditional offer of a fixed penalty notice."
