A Glasgow nightclub where teens have recently died from 'drug overdoses' has issued advice on how people can look after themselves.

SWG3 in the city's West End posted the advice on their social media earlier today (Wednesday, March 13).

As part of it, the venue shared the BeSound Club crib sheet - which is information that people might want/need to help look after themselves and those around them while on a night out.

Backing the campaign on social media, SWG3 said: "It’s your life. That’s huge. Super important. And it deserves respect - from yourself, and others.

"If you’re heading for a night out, check out www.besound.club.

"It’s basically a night-out crib sheet that gathers together stuff you might want/need to know about how to look after yourself and those around you, in one place.

"Besound to yourself, Besound to everyone, and we’ll see you on the dancefloor."

It comes after we reported that an 18-year-old woman collapsed at SWG3 in the early hours of Tuesday, January 2, after attending the Teletech Glasgow NYD 2024 event.

She was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after staff called an ambulance for her where she was later pronounced dead.

At the time, cops confirmed that they were investigating her death, with one line of enquiry being considered that it was drug-related.

We also reported Scott Allison and Marcus Dick, both 18, died after attending an event headlined by DJ Ben Hemsley at SWG3's Galvanizers Yard on Saturday, August 12, 2023.

Police previously said at the time they were treating both deaths as drug-related.
