Concerns grow for man who went missing from East Kilbride

AN urgent search is underway for a man who disappeared almost a week ago. 

Iain McMillan was reported missing from East Kilbride after last contacting a family member on Tuesday, April 15. 

The 53-year-old has not been seen since. 

Police say there are growing concerns for his welfare.

Iain is described as white, of medium build, with dark receding hair. 

Officers note that it is possible that he may have travelled to the Aberdeen area.

Anyone who could have seen Iain since this time or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2101 of April 18, 2025.
