A POPULAR Glasgow pizzeria is teaming up with a local clothing brand to craft charity t-shirts ahead of the festive season.

Paesano and FORTY Clothing are partnering up to launch an exclusive range of tees, whose profits will be donated to Cash for Kids.

The premium t-shirts, which carry both brands’ signature styles, will come in especially designed pizza boxes.

Paul Stevenson of Paesano Pizza said: “We felt it was more important than ever to give back to the people of Glasgow who have continued to support us throughout this difficult year.

“We also wanted to raise the profile of Cash for Kids, a local charity which does so much for children in Glasgow and beyond.

“Rather than going down the traditional route of asking for donations in the restaurant we wanted to create an original product that champions two independent brands in Glasgow whilst giving back to the community.”

“When we first spoke to the guys at Paesano about this project, it just seemed to be the right thing to do.

“We are all about giving back to the people who have supported us since the beginning, so we are delighted to join Paesano in this small gesture for the amazing Cash For Kids.

“Community has always been at the very heart of what we do at FORTY and being able to do something to bring everyone together and give back to the community is just amazing, especially at this time, as we all try to recover from a difficult couple of years. Happy Christmas!”
